Jasmin serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Qualus where she is instrumental in aligning the company's people strategy with overarching business goals and fostering a culture of continuous growth and development. She joined Qualus in 2016 as a technical recruiter and developed a keen understanding of the power industry's unique hiring needs, which led to her promotion to manager and director level roles in talent acquisition. Prior to joining Qualus, Jasmin held key recruitment and program management positions at Wiley, Aerotek, and Orlando Health. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida and is a Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
