Introducing the first-of-its-kind emergency management solution, GEM
Our DOE research efforts also led to the development of GEM, a SaaS platform designed specifically for utilities to proactively monitor and mitigate operational disruptions caused by storms, wildfires, earthquakes and other hazards. It features a centralized dashboard that aggregates critical data and real-time alerts, optimizes workflows, streamlines communications, and automates post-event reports. GEM is now commercially available through Qualus and is the only utility-specific software solution of its kind.
