Jumpstart Your Career

Work alongside experienced engineers and technical experts.

Boot Camp programs are designed for full-time, entry-level talent who are hired into Qualus from a technical school or a 4-year college, as well as those with relevant experience and transferable skills from power-adjacent industries. The one-year training programs begin with 4-7 weeks of combined classroom and on-the-job training, along with mentorship from industry experts and leaders within our organization, in our Florida or Kentucky training facilities.

Apparatus Technician Boot Camp

Apparatus Boot Camp teaches the maintenance, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage power equipment found in commercial, industrial, and generation facilities.

Offered in four tracks (Arc Flash, Settings, Substation, Protection & Control) the programs are designed for employees who are hired into Qualus after completing a four-year engineering degree, as well as engineers from other industries or disciplines looking to transition to power infrastructure.
