Patrick Curran

Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Qualus, Patrick’s career spans two decades in Finance and Corporate Development. He most recently served as the SVP of Corporate Development at Qualus where he was responsible for leading and executing strategic growth opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, which have been pivotal to Qualus’ transformation. Previously, Patrick served as Director of Corporate Development at Johnson Controls where he was responsible for corporate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint venture assessment, transaction execution and select integration activities for the global business. Additional experience also includes investment banking and M&A advisory at a boutique investment banking firm in Milwaukee and accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers.  
 
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Master of Science in Accounting from Marquette University in Milwaukee.
