Ali Vojdani, Ph.D.
Chief Growth Officer
Dr. Vojdani holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from McGill University and has 40 years of experience in the application of IT in the utility industry. He is the founder of the consulting, software, and systems integration firm GridBright, which was acquired by Qualus in 2023 and specializes in grid modernization and the interconnection of renewable resources. He is also the founder and president of BetterGrids Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to support the DOE Grid Data Repository that is used in 45 countries. Throughout his career, he has authored over 60 technical publications.
