Candice Mountz, Esq.

Candice is a cum laude graduate of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical Law School, where she ranked third in her class. Candice is a member of the Florida Bar and Orange County Bar Association. Following law school, Candice was a federal judicial law clerk for a Judge at the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Middle District of Florida. With over 15 years of legal experience, Candice’s expertise lies in corporate law including negotiating contracts, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. In addition to her role at Qualus, Candice serves pro-bono as a Guardian ad Litem for the Orange County Legal Aid Society.
