Jasmin Romero, SHRM-CP

Jasmin serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Qualus where she is instrumental in aligning the company's people strategy with overarching business goals and fostering a culture of continuous growth and development. Jasmin joined Qualus in 2016 as a technical recruiter and developed a keen understanding of the power industry's unique hiring needs. Prior to joining Qualus, Jasmin held key recruitment and program management positions at Wiley, Aerotek, and Orlando Health. Jasmin holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida and is a Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
