Qualus is proud to announce that Stephanie Patterson, Senior Manager of External Training & Partnerships, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the International Electrical Testing Association (NETA), a leading authority in electrical power systems testing and certification.
This marks a significant milestone for Stephanie's career and for Qualus, reinforcing the company’s commitment to advancing industry standards in NETA-certified testing, supporting accredited technicians, and investing in leadership across the power testing and training sector.
In her role on the NETA Board, Stephanie will chair the Training committee. She will also contribute to shaping the organization’s strategic initiatives, influencing best practices, and supporting the continued evolution of technical standards that impact the broader electrical testing community.
Stephanie has played a critical role in the growth and success of Qualus University (QualU), Qualus’ comprehensive in-house training program that offers deep educational experiences for staff, as well as custom training for utilities and C&I clients. Her work has expanded access to high-quality industry education, supported custom client-specific training solutions, and strengthened Qualus’ relationship with NETA and other key industry stakeholders.
